Investment Opportunities
Wall Street, Social Media and Real-estate investments aren’t working for many investors. Stocks in the beleaguered social media sector keep heading down. Shares of FaceBook, Angie’s List and Groupon, etc. have plunged as investors continue their retreat from the formerly red-hot sector. In this present day economy investors are looking for the next early stage Apple. LifeSaver is the answer.
With healthcare costs rising and a shortage of doctors, consumers are looking for an inexpensive and convenient way to test themselves privately and seek treatment if necessary. People want alternatives to the standard methods of detection and treatment that will save the cost of an unnecessary doctor’s visit; without a needle or a lab.
LifeSaver Int’l Inc. patent pending products are challenging the antiquated and high cost of existing diagnostic testing for healthcare. LifeSaver Stiks® are the new frontier in diagnostic testing utilizing small samples of saliva (instead of blood or urine).
The test Stiks® are non-invasive, simple to use, low cost and deliver accurate, reliable on-site results eliminating the need for laboratories and technicians. The Stiks® produce results within two minutes, indicating a positive (+) or negative (-) symbol. If No Symbol appears (pass/fail), this indicates the test was compromised and must be discarded. LifeSaver Stiks® are the only saliva tests in the world that positively verifies that the tests have been completed correctly; eliminating the risk of false negatives. The process is as simple as licking a stamp. LifeSaver Stiks® are able to detect infectious diseases (HIV, Malaria), health conditions (Diabetes, Pregnancy), and substance abuse (Alkohol and Drugs of Abuse).
Global demand for accurate and affordable diagnostic tests is growing exponentially. The US alone is a $40 billion annual industry.
All LifeSaver products are patent pending, consumable and will be re-ordered many times over by the same user, year in and year out. This equals the sale of millions of test Stiks® daily. The potential customer base for its products is endless: law enforcement, military, hospitals and clinics, worldwide health organizations, American Red Cross and other blood banks around the world, commercial truck drivers, rail, air transportation personnel, and all businesses that utilize safety protocols worldwide.
All LifeSaver Stik® products will be produced in the US to ensure quality and accuracy. No Exceptions. LifeSaver is dedicated to the sale of its products at exceptional margins while at the same time never compromising the quality of its products.
The company’s mission is to improve health conditions globally by making testing accessible at a low cost to the masses while “Saving Precious Lives”.
LifeSaver’s Market
Alcohol and Drug Testing in the US – The two largest companies in the United States (LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics), which together account for approximately 17% of the market, conduct about 55,000 substance abuse urine tests every day at $39.95 per test and takes two to three days for results. This equates to 14.3 million tests per year and implies a total market for occupational testing (drugs and alcohol screening in the work place) of more than 80 million tests per year. Quest Diagnostics reported 2011 revenues of $7.5 billion in the US.
LifeSaver’s Alkohol and Drug Stiks® sell for $7.00 each and take only two minutes for on-site results. LifeSaver believes this market in the U.S. represents $500,000,000 in sales per year.
LifeSaver’s Stiks® are the answer.
The American Red Cross (ARC) generated $2.1 billion in sales of blood and a net profit of $38.7 million. Last year alone the ARC threw away over $200 million (that they will admit) worth of contaminated blood – an amount equal to five times its profit!
Currently, the only existing method to screen a potential blood donor is by filling out a complicated and lengthy questionnaire, leading to an interview with a technician.Unfortunately, the ARC has no other way to accurately test donors before a costly blood draw.
LifeSaver’s solution to the American Red Cross is designed to deliver safe blood to the public and eliminate waste and cost. Upon entering the ARC facility, each potential blood donor would be required to swipe a LifeSaver Test Stik® across their tongue. Within two minutes, the results are known and the risk of collecting contaminated blood is eliminated.
By employing LifeSaver’s Stiks® to pre-screen its blood donors, the American Red Cross stands to cut millions of dollars in waste while simultaneously complying with government regulations. All of the ARC and its 180 affiliates world-wide would adopt the LifeSaver Solution. At a price of $7.00 per test, the ARC would save at least $150 million annually in the US alone and boost its profits by a minimum of 250%, if not more.
LifeSaver’s Stiks® are the answer.
