LifeSaver is establishing distributorships for its entire patent pending healthcare product line including the Alkohol Stik® and Drug Stik®. These national (50 states) distributor-partners will be part of LifeSaver’s launch of new products in the US as well as worldwide.
Becoming an “Exclusive Distributor” of LifeSaver products opens the doors to multiple avenues for Return on Investment (ROI). Additionally, by selling and sub-dividing the “Exclusive Distributorship” into smaller territories, your initial investment would be recovered. These sub-distributor sales teams will reach their potential by working territories they know best. As an added financial benefit, you will be collecting revenues for all LifeSaver’s national sales account of products that are shipped to your territory. LifeSaver is committed to its “Exclusive Distributor”, and will ensure that no Distributor will ever have to compete with the parent company.
Currently, LifeSaver is offering the “Exclusive Distribution Rights” throughout the United States as well as specific countries around the world for LifeSaver’s healthcare products. The distributors will control large areas (such as states and countries) and retain the right to sub-divide their area into territories utilizing their sub-distributors selling to numerous markets such as hospitals, clinics, law enforcement, military, doctors, auto insurance companies, alcohol companies, athletic organizations, transportation services, drug stores, restaurants and bars to be serviced. All LifeSaver products are consumable and will be reordered by the same user, generating repeat and continuous sales, year in and year out.
For example, the person who purchases the distribution rights for Texas will be the “Exclusive Distributor” for Texas. Smaller sub-divisions, broken up into areas such as counties, parishes or geographic locales, can be sold to investors/distributors that want to be a part of LifeSaver distributorships, but are financially or logistically unable to handle the broad scope of an “Exclusive Distributorship”. The sales of the sub-divisions not only create a rapid return on investment for the “Exclusive Distributor”, but it serves to spread the tremendous opportunity to other individuals who are more intimately linked to the customers in their own back yard.
The Exclusive Distribution Rights will include a schedule of three payments.

LifeSaver Stiks® – LifeSaver has developed a series of saliva-based diagnostic test (Stiks®) and will be protected by its patents and trademarks in 100 countries worldwide. This platform technology is years ahead of anything else on the market. LifeSaver’s products are less expensive, faster, easy to use (as easy as licking a stamp) more convenient and accurate than other competing products. The Stik® produces results on-site within two minutes, with a positive (+) or negative (–) symbol. If No Symbol appears (pass/fail), this indicates the test was compromised and must be discarded.
LifeSaver Stiks® are the only saliva tests in the world that positively verifies that the test has been completed correctly; eliminating the risk of false negatives. Further, due to the packaging system and formulation used by LifeSaver, the antibody and enzyme-based tests can withstand temperatures up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit and function in high-humidity environments. Additionally, LifeSaver’s products have a shelf life of two years.
All LifeSaver products being consumable will be re-ordered many times over by the same user, year in and year out. The potential customer base for its products is endless: law enforcement, military, hospitals and clinics, commercial truck drivers, rail, air transportation personnel, and all businesses that utilize safety protocols worldwide.
R&D Costs and Time Expenditures
From the beginning LifeSaver, believed that by standardizing its manufacturing, it would generate better quality control while meeting production schedules and cost advantages. LifeSaver’s unique Stik® platform technology was developed through years of intense R&D efforts. Production simplicity is the single most important aspect of LifeSaver meeting its production schedules. It gives LifeSaver the ability to add product lines faster while saving tremendously on lead time and cost. LifeSaver has designed a single manufacturing platform for its products that uses the same equipment for every type of Stik® and will be standard for all products introduced now and in the future.
Manufacturing and Production
One of the benefits of LifeSaver’s locations in Southern California is the hundreds of cutting- edge medical device facilities operating between L.A. and San Diego County.
LifeSaver has developed a production and manufacturing plan (already implemented) to ensure that the demands from all of our domestic and international Exclusive Distributors needs will be met with the highest quality products.
To maximize the cost-effectiveness and efficiency, LifeSaver will manufacture its products via subcontracting through established government certified facilities located in Southern California with FDA/ ISO 9000-approved sites. LifeSaver has five FDA approved facilities and will enter into full production within 120 days from the date of funding. Not having to build our own facilities saves a significant amount of capital and start up time. LifeSaver’s top priority for its products, are quality and meeting production schedules.
Each manufacturing facility will provide its own quality control personnel and technicians to oversee production. Additionally, LifeSaver will have its own Product Manager and Quality Control supervisor’s onsite to assure quality. Management strongly believes that during the first years of operation, the facilities should be “close at hand” in Southern California. LifeSaver will contract five separate facilities to ensure production schedules. All products will be shipped directly from the production facility to the end user, eliminating storage.

FDA & DOT APPROVAL
The FDA does not require certification for screening devices, as they are neither consumed nor used for therapy, thus their approval is not required. However, LifeSaver believes FDA certification for all its products is desirable to ensure customer confidence and access to additional markets. As a result, all LifeSaver products will have FDA certification under the Section 510(k) Fast Track of the Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act as a “Medical Device Manufacturer”.
